Pump Without Flow

The following lists are the common reasons for pump without flow. If you need further assistance, please contact CML.

  1. There is no exhaust when the oil pump is filled with oil.
  2. Check whether the system has enough hydraulic oil, and confirm the system power and voltage.
  3. The rotation of the motor should be consistent with the oil pump.
  4. The transmission key of the oil pump should be installed properly.
  5. The flow adjustment screw of the variable vane pump should be factory original setting.
  6. Please check the installation direction of the check valve.
