Application

• Coolant Through Spindle(CTS) application MPD pump can be used on polluted medium like water treatment, waste liquid treatment, liquid treatment system in chemical, electronic and food industries.

Pump Structure

• Hydraulic pumping section: Oil hydraulic pumping section transfer the power from electric motor to hydraulic force. There are pistons deliver hydraulic oil to pushing diaphragm in water pumping section continuously.
• Circulating pump section: In this section, there is a build-in circulating pump, it will transfer hot oil out and cooling them through radiator and then return to pump housing. This design extends pump life by maintaining a low operating temperature.
• Water pumping section: This section delivers high-pressure coolant to the system. It combines diaphragm and check valves to control coolant flow at high speeds. Frictionless operation minimizes heat generation, to maintain coolant near room temperature, making it became the best choice for Coolant Through Spindle(CTS).
